The plane ticket has been purchased. I’ll be flying into Columbus on May 31st to get the RV and drive it to Reno. I have called and made arrangements to get the mufflers replaced, brakes checked, cooling system flushed, Oil changed and greased. I hope all that will get me through this 2200 mile drive without incident. I have had a few inquiries on the RV. After all it has been in an ad on Carsoup.com for almost a year. This is the RV buying season but still no takers. It would be great if someone would buy it prior to my trip. Then we could just buy another used one out here and save myself the long drive.
So tired of sleeping through the day. Bloodshot eyes and the sweat from my body.
I picked my head up yesterday. Found no reason or hope left inside of me.
But I still believe in immortal love. And I know there’s someone above.

It has been a while since I have updated the site. Sometimes we have so much going on at work and such that finding time to sit down at the computer is hard to do. That plus the weather has been so nice here the last two weeks. There for a while we didn’t think it would become Spring, well actually Spring never did come. It went from the normal Reno winter right into summer. The last two weeks have been sunny skies and 72+ degree.
Several things have come and gone since my last post. Let’s see we had the birthdays for both of my sons. David’s was pretty quiet. He scored some nice stuff and money. Money that he promptly spent. Eric had a party at the Hilton’s Fun Quest. This is a large game center that also has a laser tag facility. He and his 9 friends got to play two games and spend all of their tokens in the game machines. Both seemed to enjoy themselves.
Next comes the wife’s birthday oh and can’t forget Mother’s Day coming up this weekend. I must admit that I didn’t get a card out in time for my mother. Bad son that I am so I will do the fairly instant online card and be sure to call her. I also have to be there for my wife. I have always wondered about that… why do I have to make sure that my wife has a good mother’s day? Isn’t that the job of her sons? Hmmm. Anyway I will do what I can as always. I think this year we are going out to the property owned by Richard here in the mall. He has a couple of four-wheelers and is planning a day of riding, food and fun.
Oh and I finally have the pictures of our skiing trip. Didn’t get any real good close-ups of Eric but I will post a few anyway.
