Since my last post I have been traveling for the company. I am currently in Eugene, OR training a manager. Staying in a hotel all week but at least home on the weekends for the most part. That has been nice for Eric is in Little League now and I can take him to practices on Sunday.

The last three Sundays we have been working on his batting for the most part. He has greatly improved. Last week we concentrated on his catching. He has a tendency to turn his glove an awkward way sometimes. Sort of upside down. If we don’t get that habit broken he is going to take a ball to the nose. They use hard balls in his league so that could be rather painful. he’ll get the hang of it though. Progressing well. The league starts regular games in two weeks. We are both looking forward to that.

We will be getting the new windows for the house soon. They have been ordered and arrived. Now the contractor is scheduling to install them. Can’t wait on that. The current windows are from the 1970’s. They consist of nothing more then a aluminum frame around a single piece of glass. Yes… rather drafty.
